Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates on a new system or a maintenance plan are free — we walk the job and show you the equipment and the total before anything is ordered.
Can I get service after hours?
Yes. Our 24/7 emergency line is (402) 366-9491 for no-heat and no-cool emergencies. The office line (402) 362-4156 runs 7:30–4:30 on weekdays.
How quickly can you come out?
Same or next day for most calls. Peace of Mind members go to the front of the line when the schedule fills up.
