Most HVAC failures are not surprises. They’re a part that had been degrading for two seasons in a system nobody had looked at. Peace of Mind is the plan that gets someone looking — twice a year, on schedule, before the weather makes it urgent.
Why maintenance actually pays
- 01
Catch it early
The parts that strand you in January — igniters, flame sensors, capacitors — give warning during a tune-up. Replacing one on a scheduled visit costs a fraction of an emergency call.
- 02
Keep the efficiency
A dirty condenser coil or a clogged filter makes the system work harder for less. That shows up on the utility bill every month, quietly.
- 03
Protect the warranty
Most manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to honor a warranty claim. We keep that record for you.
- 04
Go to the front of the line
On the hottest and coldest days of the year, the schedule fills. Members get dispatched first.
Questions we get asked
What does the membership cost?
$24.99 per month, or $299 if you pay for the year up front. The after-hours rate protection alone can be worth $75 on one emergency call, and the two tune-ups are the bulk of what you'd pay for separately anyway.
What happens during a visit?
In spring we service the cooling side — condenser coil, refrigerant charge, electrical, condensate drain. In fall we service the heating side — burners, heat exchanger, flame sensor, igniter, safeties and combustion. Both visits include a filter check and a written report.
Do I need a membership to get service?
No. Anyone can call us. Membership buys the scheduled maintenance, the discounts, and priority dispatch when the schedule is full.
Is there a commitment?
No — the plan is month to month. Cancel anytime.
Does it cover repairs?
It isn't a warranty — repairs are still quoted separately. What it covers is the maintenance that prevents most of them, plus 10% off the parts when something does need replacing.
