What's in an agreement

Agreements are priced from your equipment list and visit frequency — a fixed annual number to budget against. We'll walk the roof and build the list at no charge.

Scheduled visits — spring cooling and fall heating, more for heavy equipment
Filters, belts and drive components replaced on schedule
Coils cleaned, refrigerant charge verified, leaks flagged early
Electrical checked — contactors, capacitors, amp draws, safety controls
Economizers and changeover verified — commonly broken, rarely checked
Written report per unit, plus priority dispatch and agreement pricing on repairs

Questions we get asked

How many visits a year do we need?

Two is the baseline — cooling in spring, heating in fall. Restaurant hoods, make-up air and heavily loaded equipment usually want four. We size the schedule to the equipment, not a fixed package.

Can you maintain equipment you didn't install?

Yes — that's most of it. We'll inventory whatever is up there and take it on.

We have more than one location — can you cover all of them?

Yes. We run the same plan across a portfolio: one equipment list and one budget number per site, one point of contact for all of them.
