We’ve been a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer for years, which is a narrower thing than “we sell Carrier.” It requires factory training that gets renewed, genuine parts, proper warranty handling, and a customer satisfaction review that Carrier runs annually. Dealers lose it.
Practically, it means two things for you: the people installing the equipment were trained by the manufacturer on that equipment, and if something goes wrong under warranty, you deal with us rather than with a chain of phone numbers.
What Factory Authorized actually means
We install Carrier and we repair every major brand. If Carrier isn't the right fit for your house or your budget, we'll say so — the point of the dealership is access, not obligation.
- Factory-trained technicians, re-certified on current Carrier equipment
- Access to the full Carrier line, including the Infinity and Performance series
- Genuine Carrier parts rather than aftermarket substitutes
- Warranty work handled directly, without a third party in the middle
- Annual review of customer satisfaction — the dealership isn't permanent, it's re-earned
- Manufacturer rebates and promotions passed through when they're running
Questions we get asked
Do I have to buy Carrier to work with you?
No. We service every major brand and we'll install what makes sense for your house. Carrier is what we know best and what we stock parts for, which is why it's usually our recommendation — but it isn't a condition.
What's the difference between Carrier's lines?
Broadly: Comfort is the value tier, Performance adds two-stage operation and better efficiency, and Infinity is variable-speed with communicating controls — quieter, better at humidity, and noticeably better in a house with rooms that never keep up. We'll show you what the difference costs and what it saves.
Is Bryant the same as Carrier?
Same parent company and largely the same equipment under different badging. We service both.
How long is the warranty?
Most Carrier residential equipment carries a 10-year parts warranty when it's registered within 90 days of installation. We register it for you before we leave, because an unregistered unit usually drops to five.
